Verwood CE First School is looking for a Administration Officer to join our fantastic team. Could this be you?

Actual Salary £13,039 - £13,246 per annum per annum (Grade 5)

This job is Part Time - Term Time Only for 22.5 hours per week and 38 weeks per year.

It is offered on a Temporary basis until 27/02/27.

Approximate start date 4th May 2026.

We are looking for someone who can provide smooth and efficient administration support for our school.  In this role you will act as the first point of contact for students and visitors in our front office team.  Ideally, we would like to appoint someone who has previous administration experience in a school office, or has some experience of working in a busy office environment and have the ability to prioritise and work to conflicting deadlines. Communication is key in this role, as you will be regularly liaising with staff, pupils and parents across the school, as well as with our Trust central team colleagues.
