Emmanuel CE Middle School is looking for a Lead Practitioner for Standards to support our pupils in achieving their potential.

Actual Salary £56,592 - £62,508 per annum (Lead Practitioner Range L6 - L10)

This job is Full Time.  Please note that for the right candidate a 0.8fte role might be possible.

It is offered on a Permanent basis.

Approximate start date 01-Sep-2025.

Opportunity to be an integral part of the senior leadership team at Emmanuel Middle School:

The role of Lead Practitioner for Standards is both exciting and challenging - this is an opportunity to ensure our 450 pupils maximise their potential whilst also building a team of outstanding teachers who are ready to further their own careers.

Part of your SLT role will be to shape and deliver the CPD offer to teachers both as whole team INSET and also working 1:1 with our staff through the coaching conversations that follow lesson drop ins.

You will therefore be shaping the future of both the children and the adults in the school.
