Lockyer's Middle School is looking for a Office Manager to join our fantastic team. Could this be you?

Actual Salary £22,155 - £25,127 per annum per annum (Grade 9)

This job is Part Time - Term Time Only for 30 hours per week and 39 weeks per year.

It is offered on a Permanent basis

Approximate start date 02-Jun-2025.

We are looking for someone who can manage the delivery of efficient and confidential administrative support, ensure compliance with school and Trust administrative and reporting requirements, following centralised processes and procedures as outlined by the Trust’s Shared Services function.

The post holder will be responsible for the effective management and development of financial, administrative, secretarial, reprographic and premises related services.  

Working pattern:  Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday (4 days per week)

Lockyer's Middle School is part of a successful pyramid of first, middle and upper schools in the Corfe Mullen area and is part of Initio Learning Trust.  Our children join us in Year 5, aged 9 and make the important transition from Key Stage 2 to Key Stage 3, before moving to upper school at the end of Year 8, aged 13.
