Initio Learning Trust is looking for a IT Technician to join our fantastic team. Could this be you?

Actual Salary £25,183 - £26,409 per annum (Grade 6)

This is a full time role, and is offered on a permanent basis, with a start date in February / March 2025.

We are looking for someone who can join our friendly team of IT support technicians, offering excellent customer service via our helpdesk as well as in person, working on-site across our schools which are located from Bridport across to Verwood in Dorset.

As a result, a clean driving licence and your own transport is essential for travel across the Trust’s multiple sites and schools.

Our ideal candidate will have:

  • Experience and a good understanding of IT support needs across a multi-site environment
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Knowledge of Google workspace for Education
